All of our balloons arrive in a tissue lined, plain box, which has no markings on it to identify the contents of the box. All balloons arrive inflated, the helium filled balloons are tied to a weight, so the balloon will not float away upto the ceiling or into the sky. If you want to celebrate a birthday, or just say hello or send get well wishes to someone, we have a balloon delivery for it.

DELIVERY
To ensure the order arrives correctly and on time please help us by providing the full Name and Address including postcode of the person you would like this gift sent to. We cannot take responsibility for any incorrect information supplied at the time of placing this.
All of our deliveries are sent by either the Royal Mail or Parcelforce next day delivery service. Our normal sizes boxes are always sent via Royal Mail and it is only the larger boxes which are sent by Parcelforce. With the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, this aims for a guaranteed delivery to the recipient before 1pm on the day following dispatch, Monday to Saturday. The Parcelforce service guarantees delivery before 5.30pm on the day following dispatch, Monday to Friday only. There are certain exceptions to both services and is subject to the Post Code to which they are being delivered - see listing below
Orders must be received by 2pm in order to be delivered the following day. Orders for a Monday delivery must be placed by 2pm on the Friday of the previous week. There is a chance of these being delivered on the Saturday but we always place a "Do Not Open Until Monday" sticker on all of these.
All packages are clearly marked with the requested date for delivery.
Where Royal Mail has attempted to deliver the package and the recipient was not present, a card will be left stating an attempt was made. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Should your package arrive late, we will refund the postage charged on that order.
Balloons ordered for the Channel Islands, Scotland and Northern Ireland are transported by air and on rare occasions they have burst due to changes in air pressure. This is beyond Abbaballoons control and customers order for these destinations at their own risk.
